Privacy & account help.

Customer accounts use Google Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. We keep the name, email and optional phone number you provide, your saved print cart, and your booking details. Submitted inquiries also go to Madman Photography’s existing inquiry system so Andre can respond.

These details are used to save your selections, discuss your inquiry, and arrange your photography session or prints. This website does not collect card or bank details, charge you, or place lab orders automatically.

Your browser may remember your sign-in. Your account’s saved information is stored online so you can retrieve it on another device. Log out on shared devices. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are not stored in your customer profile.

To request a copy of your saved information, correct inquiry details, or request removal of your account and associated records, email ottati.a.andre@gmail.com from your account email. Andre may need to verify the request and retain records needed for an existing order or applicable recordkeeping requirements.
